Security framework for Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) together with FREE open test environment, ITS-S reference implementation and trainings, so that you can easily enter the world of secure car-to-anything communication.
We provide the cyber security platform SeaCat that conforms to ESTI standards TS 103 097 and ETSI TS 102 941, which provides functions of the central infrastructure (or PKI) such as Root Certification Authority, Enrolment Authority and Authorization Authority as well as a reference implementation of the C-ITS Security for on-board units (OBU), road-side units (RSU) and other ITS-S.
Built according to a newest C-ITS standards ETSI TS 103 097 v1.3.1, ETSI TS 102 941 v1.3.1 / v 1.2.1 C-ITS , C-ITS Security Policy, C-ITS Certificate Policy, IEEE 1609.2-2016
Prevents eavesdropping of C-ITS messages by an unauthorized party by a strong authorized encryption.
Prevents falsification of ITS-S messages and provides trustworthiness e.g., attacker cannot fake that he is an emergency vehicle with a right-of-way.
Supports C-ITS standards and designed for unrestricted secure Vehicle-to-Anything (V2X) communication.
Each vehicle (OBU) and infrastructure (RSU) has a unique non-transferable and non-copiable identity so that every communication happens between well-known parties.
Strongly authorizes OBUs and RSUs to communicate by provides an OBUs and RSUs with authoritative proof that they may use specific ITS services.
Provides pseudonym certificates and regularly changes pseudonyms IDs to protect privacy of users and drivers.
TeskaLabs product SeaCat have been chosen as a central public key infrastructure (PKI) for the C-Roads pilot deployment in a Czech Republic. This pilot is the largest implementation of the C-Roads in a Europe.
C-Roads is a joint initiative of European Member States and road operators. It is a technological platform that allows road vehicles to communicate with other vehicles, traffic signals, roadside infrastructure as well as with other road users.
SeaCat provides functions of the central public key infrastructures such as Root CA, Enrolment Authority and Authorization in compliance with ESTI standards TS 103 097 v1.3.1/v1.2.1 and ETSI TS 102 941 v1.3.1.
SeaCat completely covers security requirements of C-Roads initiative, as prescribed in C-ITS Security Police and C-ITS Certificate Policy and hence SeaCat is easily deployable in C-Roads implementations.
We offer FREE test environment for all organizations interested in the implementation of C-ITS Security. TeskaLabs operate this test environment to support faster adoption of the security in the Car-to-Anything communication (C2C, V2X) and Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS, C-Roads). It is specifically designed for C-Roads.eu respective for C-ITS Security “version 1.3”. C-ITS Open Test Environment is available online, the application form is available on TeskaLabs webpages.
Learn about C-ITS Security standards, requirements and implementation best-practices, including new standards ETSI TS 102 941 v1.3.1 and TS 103 097 v1.3.1. The training will accelerate the adoption of the C-ITS Security during the implementation project and will quickly boost a competency in a new and complex topic of C-ITS Security.
We provide also the reference implementation of the security layer for ITS-S. The reference implementation is a handy guide that will not let you to blindly walk in the darkness and waste expensive resources on discovering all the pitfalls of a complex topic of C-ITS. The reference implementation can be used directly as a part of C-ITS stack or as a “template” for a custom implementation.
