zScanner is an out-of-the box product, which easily integrates with the existing hospital information system. With no additional development required, zScanner is essentially a plug-and-play product for your IT.
Visiting patients are presenting doctors with medical records in printed format. These documents must be uploaded into the hospital information system. Without zScanner, this process requires several time-consuming steps: the doctor must walk the document to the printer/scanner, scan the document to the computer, add mundane description, and then upload the documentation to the hospital information system. zScanner stream-lines this process into just a few clicks in the mobile app.
zScanner is developed and used by IKEM, a major Czech hospital, and the largest center of clinical and experimental medicine in the Czech Republic. It is a product designed by doctors for doctors.
zScanner is open source project, distributed under the MIT licence.
zScanner is secured by MediCat, an industry respected cyber-security platform, which features all cyber-security and data privacy must-haves. Read more about MediCat.
