C-ITS: The European Commission is updating the list of the Root Certificates.

23rd April 2021 marks the release of the fifth edition of the European Certificate Trust List (ECTL). This was released by the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission (EC JRC), and is used in Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS). It is otherwise known as the "L0" edition release, intended for use primarily in test and pilot deployments. Currently these activities are primarily European and focus on fields such as intelligent cars and road infrastructure.

The L0 ECTL v5 contains four new Root CA certificates and two re-keyed Root CA certificates. EC JRC has published an updated version of the related CPOC-WEB Logbook with all the details of this release here: https://cpoc.jrc.ec.europa.eu

CZ: C-ITS: Evropská komise aktualizuje seznam kořenových certifikátů.

Dne 23. 4. 2021 Společné výzkumné středisko Evropské komise (EC JRC) uvolnilo páté vydání seznamu důvěryhodných kořenových certifikátů (European Certificate Trust List, ECTL) používaných v kooperativních inteligentních transportních systémech (C-ITS). Jedna se o vydání takzvané “L0” edice, určené především pro použiti v testovacích a pilotních nasazeních, což jsou v současné době primární evropské aktivity v oblasti “chytrých” aut a silniční infrastruktury.

L0 ECTL v5 obsahuje čtyři nové kořenové CA certifikáty a dva překlíčované kořenové CA certifikáty. EC JRC vydalo aktualizovanou verzi souvisejícího CPOC-WEB Logbooku se všemi podrobnostmi tohoto vydání na adrese: https://cpoc.jrc.ec.europa.eu

TeskaLabs s hrdostí oznamuje, že tři ze čtyř nově vložených kořenových certifikátů jsou odbavovány z instalací, které jsou provozovány na software TeskaLabs SeaCat PKI pro C-ITS.
